ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are an agreement between UnchainedVPN ("UnchainedVPN" or "us" or "our") and you ("User" or "you" or "your").This Agreement sets forth the general Terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by UnchainedVPN and of the UnchainedVPN.com website (collectively, the "Services").By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.If you do not agree to abide by the Terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services.

1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms, at any time without notice to you other than changing or listing a later effective date than the one set at the top of this Terms. The modifications made shall be effective immediately upon posting at the website UnchainedVPN.com. By the time you visit the site the next time the Terms may be subjected to change, we encourage you to check the Terms and effective date frequently.It is your responsibility as the user to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Your use or continued use of the Site or Services following the posting and/or notice of any changes to these Terms or any other posted Policies shall constitute your acceptance of the changed Terms or Policies.

2. LICENSE

UnchainedVPN grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, terminable, and limited license to access, download, and use the Services, including certain software that may be downloaded from the UnchainedVPN website, for your personal use only provided that you comply with this Agreement. You are not permitted to interfere with the operation of the Services in any way through any means or device, including without limitation: hacking, spamming, uploading computer viruses or time bombs, and any other means prohibited under this Agreement. You may not decompile, disassemble, redistribute, reverse engineer, sell or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-readable form. You shall not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Services in any way. If you use the Services in a manner not authorized by this Agreement, you are committing a material breach of this Agreement and your license to use the Services will terminate immediately without notice.

3. VPN SERVICE

You understand that we are providing you with a virtual private network ("VPN") service, which includes, but is not limited to, the use of routers, transport, servers, IP addresses and other equipment and protocols to transmit information over our network (the "System"). You agree to abide by these Terms with respect to your use of the Service.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may use our site and VPN services only for lawful purposes. Including, but not limited to the following, you may not use VPN Service to engage in the following activities:

• Use UnchainedVPN to mask their identity for illegal or malicious purposes

• Participate in fraud and phishing activities

• Use P2P programs on other VPN Nodes than those where we allow it

• Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses, or Other Destructive Activities.

• Accessing the Services to violate any laws at the local, state and federal level in the United States of America or the country/territory in which you reside.

• Exploiting, Transmitting, possessing, producing, receiving, transporting, or distributing any illegal content, including but not limited to any sexually explicit depiction of children;

• Interfering with the service to any other user, client, host or network which reduces the quality of service for other clients and users;

• Uploading, Transmitting, possessing, receiving, transporting, or distributing any copyrighted, trademark, or patented content which you do not own or lack written consent or a license from the copyright owner;

• To upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or "pyramid schemes";

• Forging headers or otherwise manipulating e-mail identifiers in order to mask or mislead the origins of certain content;

• Using the service to engage in Denial-of-service ("DOS") attacks to any third-parties or to UnchainedVPN

We reserve the right to make changes to this list or define what we consider abuse.

5. BANDWIDTH USAGE

You understand that we are providing you with a virtual private network ("VPN") service, which includes, but is not limited to, the use of routers, transport, servers, IP addresses and other equipment and protocols to transmit information over our network (the "System"). You agree to abide by these Terms with respect to your use of the Service.

6. LIABILITY, NO WARRANTY

Services provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees, conditions as to its quality or compatibility with the devices. Hereby expressly exclude all warranties, conditions and any other term which might be implied by the common law, or satisfactory quality for a particular use of the VPN Service. In addition, we expressly disclaim liability for any harm encountering any offensive material found by the user on the internet. Hereby expressly exclude liability for all conditions, warranties and any other term which might otherwise be implied directly or indirectly, or loss or damage caused by the user.

This clause does not limit or exclude death liability or personal injury, nor the liability for fraud, fraudulent transactions or activity.

7. OUR PLANS, PAYMENT & REFUNDS

UnchainedVPN Services is available on a month to month based plans as described on the site. This means you will not be charged for the next month unless you purchase again. Your membership is for your own use and for one user only and you may not resell, lend, hire out, or share your VPN connection with another individual.

The plans we offer are listed on our site. Prices are subjected to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect any original memberships that you have already paid for.

We do not offer a refund under any circumstances. However, from that being said we will help you the client consult any issue you maybe having until it's fixed. If we terminate or suspend your account with UnchainedVPN due to a breach by you of these Terms we will not refund you.

If you wish to use PayPal to purchase a subscription, you must register an account with PayPal and abide by the terms of service of PayPal.

8. APPLICABLE LAWS

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of each Country in which the servers are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
